Self Catering

Our accommodation comprises of two self catering units, both completely self contained yet part of the main farmhouse. Both enjoy views of the surrounding countryside and are fully equipped for up to 4 persons. Background heating provided in both units during early and late breaks.

Meadow View

This first floor flat is approached from a flight of stone steps which lead into a small hallway and on into the south facing lounge. The room has a stone fireplace with electric fire, cottage suite, colour TV, dining table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has a full size electric cooker, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage units.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and an airing cupboard with immersion heater. This leads to the second bedroom with bunk beds, wardrobe and vanity unit (hot and cold water, with shaver point).

The modern bathroom has a green bathroom suite with bath, electric shower, WC, wash basin and shaver point.

Valley View

This first floor flat is approached by a flight of stone steps at the side of the house which lead into the open plan lounge with dining and kitchen area, fully fitted with electric cooker, fridge and kitchen units. The lounge area overlooks open fields and has a cottage suite, colour TV, dining table and chairs.

One bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and a separate shower unit situated within the bedroom. Adjoining the bedroom is a WC with a wash basin and vanity unit (hot and cold water, with shaver point).

Leading from the main bedroom is the second bedroom fitted with substantial bunk beds, fitted wardrobe and a vanity unit (hot and cold water, with shaver point). Both of these bedrooms have views of the river estuary and the hills beyond.

Continental quilts and pillows are provided together with bed linen, towels and tea towels. Electricity is by £1 coin meter.

There is ample parking for vehicles and a boat or trailer can be accommodated if required with prior notice. There is a patio area with tables for visitor use. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge if requested.
