How to find us:

    From the M5 continue South taking the A380 (Newton Abbot and Torbay). Continue towards Newton Abbot and at roundabout take A381 towards Teignmouth travelling by the side of the river.

At traffic lights turn right over bridge towards Shaldon. At other side of bridge bear right and instantly turn off right, signposted Ringmore and Combeinteignhead.

Carry on along the side of the river, past the Glenside Hotel on your left. The road bears left and then bears right and becomes Coombe Road. Continue along here and the road drops down slightly, we are just there on a bend on the left hand side of the road. (only 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile from the bridge).

We do not recommend that you approach us by the B3195 from Newton Abbot (Penn Inn round about)
