All on a working farm overlooking the Teign estuary, less than a mile from the picturesque village of Shaldon.

Many sporting and leisure activities can be enjoyed in the area such as sea and river fishing, swimming, golf, boating, hiking and horse riding together with scenic walks through country lanes.
