From M5 Exeter

1. The end of the M5 South becomes the A38, stay on this road towards Torquay.

2. When the road splits keep left and take the A380 towards Torquay, do not stay on A38 towards Plymouth.

3. After approx. 3 miles take the slip Road B3192 towards Teignmouth.

4. Follow the B3192 for about 5 miles all the way down into Teignmouth where you will reach some traffic lights.

5. Turn right at the Traffic lights then go along this road past the Tesco Garage on your right.

6. At the next set of Traffic lights turn left towards Shaldon over the Bridge.

7. At the end of the bridge follow the road round to the right and immediately turn right on the right hand fork signposted Ringmore and Combeinteignhead.

8. Follow this road for 3/4 of a mile with the estuary on your right, up a short hill, keep following the road and you will reach Longmeadow Farm on your left hand side. The entrance has stone walls and clear signage.

The postcode is TQ14 0EX if you want to use it. When it says you have arrived keep going another 200m and you will be there.

From A38 Plymouth

1. From the A38 heading towards Exeter take the A383 towards Newton Abbot.

2. Stay on A383 for approx. 4 miles going straight across the first roundabout.

3. At the end of the A383 you will reach a roundabout, take the first exit left on to A382 Exeter Road.

4. At next roundabout, take 2nd exit right on to A383 Jetty Marsh Road.

5. Pass through 6 roundabouts, remaining on A383 passing the Racecourse on your right and Tesco on your left.

6. At the next major roundabout take 2nd exit straight over on to A381 Teignmouth Road.

7. Stay on this road for approx. 4 miles until you reach a set of traffic lights. Turn right at the lights over the Bridge to Shaldon.

8. At the end of the bridge follow the road round to the right and immediately turn right on the right hand fork signposted Ringmore and Combeinteignhead.

9. Follow this road for 3/4 of a mile with the estuary on your right, up a short hill, keep following the road and you will reach Longmeadow Farm on your left hand side. The entrance has stone walls and clear signage.

We would advise that you do not use Shaldon Road from Penn Inn Roundabout to get to us. This is quite a narrow country road.
