Cob Barn - sleeps 4
This recently converted barn is situated on our family run, 80-acre farm and campsite, offering views of the River Teign and only a short walk to Shaldon Beach. The Cob Barn is a detached, two-storey cottage, set at the centre of the farm, close to The Old Piggery. The Cob Barn and The Old Piggery share the garden and patio while offering privacy from the other cottages.
Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen, living, diner with tiled floor.
Living area with Freeview TV and DVD player.
Dining area to seat four.
Kitchen with gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with twin beds and Freeview TV.
Shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor
Bedroom 2 with double bed, Freeview TV, Velux window, sloping ceilings and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
Gas central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity and Wi-Fi included. Private parking for 2 cars.
Cob Barn 2023 weekly rates
Saturday changeover day during July and August. At other times short breaks and any day changeovers are available on request, we will try and be as flexible as possible.
