OYSTER MEADOW IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR 2023!!
It is being replaced by a newly renovated cottage of equal capacity to Oyster Meadow, available from May 2023!! Further details to follow in the New Year.
This self contained cottage adjoins the main farmhouse and is located on our family run 80 acre farm. Oyster Meadow offers shared use of the lawns along with a small private garden with seating. This accommodation is walking distance to Shaldon village and the beach.
Ground Floor
Entrance leading into open plan kitchen, living, diner with tiled floor and electric underfloor heating.
Kitchen area with electric oven, hob and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Dining table to seat six and living area with Smart TV.
Sun lounge for additional living space with separate entrance to private garden, Smart TV, electric radiators and sofa.
Shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
First Floor
Open plan landing area perfect for reading.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, Smart TV and feature fireplace. Also has separate entrance via external stone steps with handy area for your bucket and spade, muddy wellies, walking boots and wet coats in winter.
Bedroom 2 with double bed and single bed.
Bedroom 3 with single bed.
Family bathroom with electric shower over the bath, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Wifi included. Private parking on site for up to three cars.
Oyster Meadow 2022 weekly rates
Friday changeover day during July and August. At other times short breaks and any day changeovers are available on request, we will try and be as flexible as possible.
