Old Piggery - sleeps 2 (plus sofa bed)
This newly converted building is situated on our family run, 80-acre farm and campsite, offering views of the River Teign and only a short walk to Shaldon Beach. The Old Piggery is a detached, single storey cottage, set at the centre of the farm, close to the Cob Barn. The Old Piggery and Cob Barn share the garden and patio with BBQ facilities while offering privacy from the other cottages.
All on the ground floor, one step to entrance.
Open plan kitchen, living, dining space with tiled floor.
Kitchen area with gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine.
Sofa bed in the open plan living area is a small double, suitable for one adult or two children.
Bedroom with double bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.Gas underfloor central heating, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Parking for two cars.
Old Piggery 2023 weekly rates
Saturday changeover day during July and August. At other times short breaks and any day changeovers are available on request, we will try and be as flexible as possible.
